The Weekend

Saturday we went to breakfast at Parker's Maple Barn with Mom and Dad and Ellie and Johanna's parents who came last wednesday night for a week. It was a beautiful crisp Fall day. After breakfast we filled up the wood bin in the garage. Then Mel, Paxton and I took the RTV for a ride on some trails in the woods behind the neighbor's house. That evening Steve, Debbie, Hannah, Zach and Jeremy came up for supper. Paxton always has fun playing with them.

Keith and Julie's Wedding

Last wednesday night I flew out to Salt Lake City, Utah for Keith and Julie's wedding. Thursday the guys met for breakfast and then played three games of softball. The East team took two of three games from the West!!! Thursday evening was the rehersal dinner at this neat restaurant near Keith's condo. Friday morning was the wedding followed by lunch and a reception. That evening a bunch of us went to Glen and Natalie's for supper and the evening. Saturday morning Brad and I took a drive around Salt Lake City to see some of the sites before he had to catch his plane. In the afternoon I went with Dale's family and Leighton and Judy to check out some of the canyons in the area. We went to Big Cottonwood canyon first and had some lunch on the way there. Then we headed to Kamas and Park City. It was a really neat trip and great scenery. It even snowed some!! I flew home on Sunday after meeting. It was a really fun trip and nice to see that area of the country again and to be at the wedding.
