Thanksgiving

We went down to Matt & Christina's house in North Carolina for Thanksgiving this year with Johanna's family. We flew down on wednesday morning and got there a little after lunch time. Thursday we had our thanksgiving meal in the late afternoon. Friday we went to see some of Johanna's other relatives. Saturday we did a little leaf relocation work. Saturday night a couple of us went to the Boston Celtics vs. Charolette Bobcats basketball game. Sunday we went to meeting in the morning and then out for dinner. We spent the afternoon and evening relaxing at the house. Monday we went by Tama's work on the way to the airport and then flew home. Kent & Sharon picked us up from the airport and we grabbed a bite to eat on the way home. We also stopped in to see Grampie on the way home. Then there was monday night soccer. So it was a nice time and nice to see everyone again.

Sunday - November 18th

Sunday we went down to Matt and Jen Ryder's for lunch. Paxton had a great time playing with Nathan and Thomas.

Sunday night after gospel meeting, Linn, Darrell and Kaylise Watson came over for supper and the evening. We had a fire in the fireplace and Paxton and Kaylise had a fun time playing together.

Grandkids Dinner

Grammie and Grampie had all their grandkids and spouses at their house for dinner on tuesday night for Grampie's birthday. Grampie did the meat and everyone else each brought a side dish. It was a really nice time. Thanks Grammie and Grampie!!!

Monday Night Soccer League

Here are a couple of pictures from our first soccer game of the season. Brad got us some SWEET uniforms this season!! At least we look like professionals.

Saturday

In the morning, Paxton and I cut some trees and cleaned up some brush. Then Grampa (Kent) came up and helped us finish the job. Then we went down to Chappell Tractor with Grampa. When we got back we tore down the two rooms in Grampa's barn that used to be used for the pool equipment and changing room. Now the barn is much more open and has more storage space. Saturday night we went down to Al and Stephanie Gillis's place for supper.
